How to refer? Information for GPs:

Under Government mental health care programs, the first step is for the client’s GP to formulate a GP Mental Health Care Plan.

A written referral letter is required (as you would normally do in referring to a specialist) for a patient who can then contact me on 1300850839 or through email vconsulting101@gmail.com to arrange an appointment.

In return, I will provide GPs a written report providing information on:

  • Assessment carried out

  • Treatment provided and

  • Recommendations for future management

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me.
